David and Peter are back with a double bill of apocalyptic cult fare with special guest, British illustrator and designer Graham Humphreys, who has a soft spot for our first film, Michael Cacoyannis’ comic satire, The Day the Fish Came Out, starring Tom Courtenay and Colin Blakely (in their underpants) as well as a brilliant Sam Wanamaker and a very young Ian Ogilvy, while Pete finally gets to see No Blade of Grass, co-written, directed and produced by Hollywood star Cornel Wilde, featuring Cornel’s wife Jean Wallace, alongside Brit actors Nigel Davenport, Lynn Frederick and Wendy Richard before she appeared in Are You Being Served? as well as few other familiar faces.

Of course, being a collector of film and TV tie-ins, I couldn’t resist hunting down this little beauty. Love that cover – Does anyone have an idea as to who the artist is? Now just looking for a nice UK Penguin tie-in edition of John Christopher’s The Death of Grass.
